You will find your Account Number on your Utility bill, it is the first 9 digits before the dash in the Account Number - CID field. (Ex: 444444444 - 5555555)
You will find your Customer ID (CID) Number on your Utility bill, it is all of the digits after the dash in the Account Number - CID field. (Ex: 444444444 - 5555555)
