[ARCHIVED] THE WRAP : Film Las Cruces and the Rio Grande Theatre to Screen Local Films

Film Las Cruces and the Rio Grande Theatre are partnering to showcase local filmmakers, amateur or professional, once a month with the first screening on Wednesday May 4, 2022.

Each night will kick off with a filmmakers Q&A for the community to engage with the film industry followed by a compilation of films made here in Las Cruces.

Film Las Cruces is currently accepting submissions for all forms of video content from high school students to professionals. Content could include segments from school broadcasts, short films, commercials, music videos, documentaries, or time-lapses. Every creative in the Las Cruces area is encouraged to submit a project that they would like shown on the big screen! Visit www.filmlascruces.com/thewrap/ for more information on content submission.

Admission for this event is free. Q&A starts at 6:30 p.m., screenings start at 7 p.m. Concessions served include snacks, refreshments, beer, wine, and spirits.
