Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program

The City of Las Cruces RoadRUNNER Transit is a recipient of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funds and is required to establish contracting goals every three years under its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. The City’s proposed goal for the FY2021-FY2023 period is for 5.28% disadvantaged business participation in anticipated contracting opportunities. All businesses that could potentially bid on these anticipated contracts are cordially invited to attend either one of two meetings on November 24, 2020.
