The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Master Plan is a commitment to residents and visitors that the City is dedicated to the health and welfare of the community through investment in parks and recreation facilities. The Parks & Recreation Master Plan underwent a nine-month process of public input and revision, led by consultants Halff Associates, before it was approved by City Council on July 1, 2019.
